What you can do in a lane
- Work in any project folder. Code, documents, notes or plans, from first idea to finished result.
- Run three projects at once, or three agents on one project. Lanes can share the same folder. See which lane is working and which is waiting for you, and open a waiting approval from another lane in one click.
- Use your tools. Project commands, background tasks and GitHub, under your permission settings. Deploy to DashNex with the DashNex CLI.
- Bring your skills. Install skills from a GitHub repo or a folder with /addskill. Skills in your project folder load automatically, and your Claude Code skills work too.
- Connect MCP servers to give the agent more tools.
- Memory that saves you time. The agent remembers facts and instructions from your work, so you explain less and get results faster. See, delete or clear any memory in Settings → Memory.
- Pick up where you left off. Reopen any recent project in a free lane.

FAQ
Can I run Claude in one lane and GPT in another?
Yes. Each Code Station lane keeps its own model, so lane one can run Claude, lane two GPT and lane three Grok or Gemini, all on one GenX Pro account.
Do I need a Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
No. Your GenX Pro account covers every coding model in Code Station. You never create provider accounts or paste API keys.
How many projects can I work on at once?
Up to three, one per lane. Each lane has its own conversation and its own project folder, or all three can work in the same folder at the same time. Every lane keeps working in the background.
Does Code Station run in a terminal?
No. It runs in the GenX Pro desktop app for Mac and Windows. The agent runs commands in your project for you, with your permission.
Does the agent remember my work?
Yes. It builds a memory of facts and instructions from your conversations, so it needs less explaining next time. You control it in the App: open Settings → Memory to see what it remembers, delete any memory, or clear them all.
Can I use my Claude Code skills?
Yes. Your Claude Code skills work in GenX Pro, and you can turn any of them off for GenX without changing Claude’s own folder.
