Summary: GenXR is free software for personal use. GenX Pro requires a one-time credit top-up to activate your lifetime license. Credits never expire. By using our software, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GenX Pro, GenXR, or the GenXR Telegram Bot (collectively, "the Software" and "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software or Services.

2. Software and Services Description

GenX Pro is an AI-powered content production platform developed by GenX Pro LLC. The platform consists of:

  • GenXR (Free Desktop App): Limited functionality with lifetime generation limits for Mac and Windows
  • GenX Pro (Paid Desktop App): Full functionality activated via a one-time credit purchase. The software license itself is free and lifetime — usage is credits-based with no subscriptions.
  • GenXR Telegram Bot: A companion Telegram-based service with its own generation limits and optional in-app purchases

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Software, you must create an account and authenticate through our OAuth system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Referral Codes

GenXR requires a valid referral code for activation. Referral codes are provided by authorized partners and may include specific terms or promotions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Software to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate deepfakes or misleading media of real individuals without consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
  • Share or resell your account access

5. Content Policy

Our AI models include content safety filters. The Software may reject prompts that violate our content policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the content you generate using the Software, subject to our underlying AI model licenses.

6.2 Our Software

The Software, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by GenX Pro LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software.

7. Credits and Payments

7.1 GenX Pro Activation

GenX Pro requires a one-time credit top-up to activate your lifetime license. The license itself is free — all usage is credits-based with no subscriptions. Credits never expire and are yours to use at your own pace.

7.2 Future Top-Ups

After initial activation, additional credits can be purchased in any amount at any time via the DashNex platform. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic charges.

7.3 GenXR Free Tier

GenXR provides limited free generations. Additional generations can be obtained through daily passes or the referral program. Full pipeline access requires upgrading to GenX Pro.

7.4 Telegram Bot

The GenXR Telegram Bot maintains its own generation pool, separate from the desktop application. Additional generations may be earned via referrals or purchased via Telegram Stars. When linked to a GenXR account, generation pools are combined.

8. Software Updates and Support

8.1 Guaranteed Support Period

We provide FREE software updates and support for:

  • GenXR (Free): 12 months from your account creation date
  • GenX Pro (Paid): 24 months from your license activation date

8.2 Extended Support

After the guaranteed support period, continued updates and support are provided at our discretion based on service demand. If we have active users, we will continue to provide updates and support. However, we are not obligated to do so beyond the guaranteed periods stated above.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Software depends on third-party AI services which may experience downtime or changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENX PRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
