  • Device and operating system information

1.3 Generated Content

The prompts you submit are processed by our AI partners to generate content. Generated files are:

  • Stored in our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) for access
  • Saved locally on your device when you download them via the app's Library
  • Retained on our servers until you delete your account or request deletion

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Software
  • Process your generation requests
  • Track usage against your plan limits
  • Send important service notifications
  • Improve our products and services
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our Software:

3.1 AI Generation Partners

Your prompts are sent to AI model providers for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and may temporarily process your prompts.

3.2 Cloud Infrastructure

We use Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. This includes Workers, R2 storage, and D1 database services.

3.3 Authentication

We use secure OAuth for authentication. Your login credentials are managed through our authentication system.

4. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active
  • Generated Content: Retained on our servers until you delete your account or request deletion
  • Usage Logs: Retained for analytics and debugging purposes
  • Prompts: Stored in generation records for your reference; visible in your Library

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. We distinguish between essential cookies for requested functions and optional cookies for analytics and marketing measurement.

Essential Cookies

These support necessary functions, such as secure sign-in on account services and remembering your privacy choice. They are not switched off by choosing Essential only. On genx.pro, __Host-genx_web_consent remembers your acceptance or rejection for 180 days.

Optional Analytics and Marketing Cookies

These are not needed to browse genx.pro or sign up. Our website uses:

  • _dnx_uid: a visitor identifier used by DashNex tracking for visit measurement and attribution; stored for up to two years.
  • _fbp: a browser identifier used for Meta-related marketing measurement; stored for up to 90 days.

When enabled, website page-view reporting sends these identifiers, the page URL, referring page, IP address, browser information and available approximate location to our DashNex analytics and marketing collector. For visitors identified as being in the European Union, these cookies and page-view reports stay off until accepted. They also stay off when location cannot be determined. For known non-EU visitors, this reporting is enabled unless they choose Essential only.

Your Cookie Choices

Essential only rejects optional analytics and marketing cookies. Accept all allows those optional cookies as well as essential cookies. Closing the banner does not grant consent or change a saved choice.

Change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings near the top of this page, our Terms of Service, or our Disclaimer. We remember your choice for 180 days. Choosing Essential only stops future Web page-view reporting and removes its tracking cookies; it does not prevent browsing or signing up and does not delete existing account data. Account, invitation and referral functionality is not changed by this control.

These cookie settings apply to the genx.pro website, not the separate Console or desktop app. Other services may also use session cookies for login and local storage for preferences, caching or offline functionality. Browser settings let you manage stored cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent requested account functions from working.

8. Children's Privacy

GenX Pro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your data may be processed in different countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.
