Frequently Asked
Questions

Everything you need to know about GenX Pro — from getting started with the free tier to running full production pipelines in Beast Mode.

General

What is GenX Pro?

GenX Pro is an AI content production platform built for creators, marketers, and businesses who need to produce video, audio, and written content at scale.

It combines transcription, script generation, translation, voiceover, and video creation into a single pipeline. The flagship feature, Beast Mode, lets you go from a single podcast episode or script to 56+ finished short-form videos across 7 languages — without third-party API keys or recurring subscriptions.

How is GenX Pro different from other AI video generators?

Most AI video tools generate one video at a time from a single prompt. GenX Pro is a production pipeline — it chains together transcription, scripting, translation, voiceover, and video generation so you can produce content at scale.

For example, Pod Shorts turns a 3.5-hour podcast into 10 viral shorts in under 10 minutes. Daily Shorts takes one script and produces 56 videos across 8 caption styles and 7 languages. No other tool offers this level of automated, end-to-end content production.

What types of content can I create with GenX Pro?

You can create short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Reels), AI-generated photos, voiceovers in 1,000+ voices with voice cloning, transcriptions at 92x realtime speed, translations in 7 languages, and AI-written scripts.

The platform handles the full lifecycle: transcribe a podcast, extract the best moments, generate scripts, translate them, add voiceovers, and produce finished videos — all from one interface.

Do I need technical skills to use GenX Pro?

No. GenX Pro is a desktop application for Mac and Windows with a visual interface. You type a prompt or paste a podcast URL and the platform handles transcription, AI analysis, video generation, and assembly automatically.

The free tier (GenXR) lets you start creating immediately with zero setup. Beast Mode adds the full production pipeline with the same intuitive interface.

Beast Mode

What is Beast Mode?

Beast Mode is GenX Pro's flagship production suite. It unlocks the full content pipeline:

Pod Shorts (podcast to viral clips), Daily Shorts (1 script to 56 videos), InteliScripts (AI script generation), transcriptions at 92x realtime, translations in 7 languages, voiceovers with 1,000+ voices and voice cloning, Cloud Library for shared asset management, and team seats with a shared credit wallet.

How does the Beast Mode pipeline work?

The pipeline flows: Transcribe → Script → Translate → Voice → Video.

Start with a podcast URL or uploaded audio. GenX Pro transcribes it at 92x realtime speed. From that transcript, InteliScripts generates viral scripts, or Pod Shorts extracts the best moments.

Translate scripts into up to 7 languages. Add voiceovers from 1,000+ voices or clone your own. Generate video with AI b-roll. One podcast episode can produce 56+ finished videos in 7 languages.

How do Beast Mode credits work?

Beast Mode uses a credit wallet instead of monthly subscriptions. You purchase credits and spend them on operations — transcriptions, script generation, translations, voiceovers, and video generation.

Each operation has a transparent credit cost. Credits never expire. Your entire team shares one credit wallet, so there is no per-seat billing for usage.

Can I share Beast Mode with my team?

Yes. Beast Mode supports team workspaces with seat-based access (coming soon).

The workspace owner will be able to invite team members who get their own login and access to the shared Cloud Library and credit wallet. Every team member can run the full pipeline — Pod Shorts, Daily Shorts, InteliScripts, transcriptions, translations, and voiceovers — using the shared credits.

Pod Shorts

What is Pod Shorts and how does it work?

Pod Shorts turns any podcast episode into up to 10 viral short-form videos.

You paste a podcast URL or upload audio. GenX Pro transcribes a 3-hour 25-minute Lex Fridman episode in 2 minutes 45 seconds. AI analyzes the transcript and identifies the best 30–90 second segments ranked by hook score.

For each segment, AI generates b-roll visuals, and the video assembles automatically on your machine — preserving the original podcast audio.

What podcast sources does Pod Shorts support?

Pod Shorts works with any podcast available on Apple Podcasts via built-in search or direct URL. You can also upload audio files directly (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, WEBM, MOV, OGG, FLAC).

When using an Apple Podcasts URL, the cover art and podcast name are auto-populated for the branded podcast bar overlay.

How fast can Pod Shorts produce finished videos?

End-to-end, from podcast URL to finished short: under 10 minutes.

A 3-hour 25-minute Lex Fridman episode transcribes in 2 minutes 45 seconds. Viral segment analysis takes about 30 seconds. B-roll generation runs in parallel across all selected segments.

A 40-second segment with 9 AI b-roll scenes generates in about 1 minute 48 seconds. Video assembly happens locally on your machine.

What are the 8 caption styles in Pod Shorts?

Pod Shorts includes 8 animated caption presets with word-by-word karaoke highlighting: The Creator, Kinetic Lime, Kinetic Purple, The Cinematic, Neon Pop, Gold Pop, Red Pop, and Soft White.

Each segment can use a different style. You can preview all styles before generating.

Daily Shorts

How does Daily Shorts turn 1 script into 56 videos?

Daily Shorts takes a single script and produces it across 8 caption styles and 7 languages, creating 56 unique video variations.

The script drives AI b-roll generation, then each video is assembled locally with a different caption style and language combination. One script, one generation pass, 56 publish-ready videos.

What languages does Daily Shorts support?

Daily Shorts supports 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.

Each language version uses culturally adapted translations (not word-for-word) powered by the GenX Pro translation engine, and can include a localized voiceover.

What generation modes are available for Daily Shorts?

Daily Shorts offers 4 generation modes:

Fast — text-to-video from scene descriptions (~2–5 min). Advanced — reference image per scene then animated (~5–10 min). My Scenes — upload your own images, AI animates them. Ultra — latest AI model for highest quality cinematic output.

Each mode balances speed versus visual quality.

Can I use my own script for Daily Shorts?

Yes. You can write your own script, use InteliScripts to generate one from a transcript, or paste any existing script.

Daily Shorts works with any text input — the AI handles scene planning, b-roll generation, and caption placement automatically.

InteliScripts

What is InteliScripts?

InteliScripts is an unlimited idea engine that turns any podcast transcript into 3–10 unique viral scripts with a single click.

Unlike generic AI writing tools, InteliScripts actually reads and understands the discussion in the episode — it identifies the strongest talking points, debates, insights, and moments, then crafts standalone short-form scripts around them.

Each script has its own hook, narrative arc, and structure. Run it on the same transcript multiple times and you get different results every time — giving you virtually unlimited content ideas from a single podcast episode.

How does InteliScripts differ from the Text Workstation?

They solve different problems.

InteliScripts works from existing podcast transcripts — it analyzes what was actually discussed and generates insightful scripts rooted in real content.

The Text Workstation is a separate tool that generates scripts from a topic or prompt alone, using up to 4 AI models in parallel for A/B comparison. InteliScripts gives you depth from source material; the Text Workstation gives you breadth from any idea.

How do I use InteliScripts?

Select a transcript from the Cloud Library — any podcast, interview, or lecture you've transcribed.

Configure the tone (Casual, Energetic, Dramatic, Professional, Calm), length, and optional creative guidance to steer the AI toward specific themes or hooks. InteliScripts generates up to 10 distinct scripts, each with scene descriptions ready for AI b-roll generation in Daily Shorts.

Transcriptions

How fast is GenX Pro transcription?

GenX Pro's transcription engine runs at 92x realtime speed on dedicated GPU infrastructure. A 3-hour 26-minute Lex Fridman episode (30,835 words) transcribes in 2 minutes 14 seconds.

The engine produces word-level timestamps, enabling features like karaoke captions, sentence-level segment trimming in Pod Shorts, and precise voiceover alignment.

What audio formats and sources are supported?

Transcriptions accept direct file uploads in 8 formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, WEBM, MOV, OGG, and FLAC — up to 100MB per file.

You can also search for any podcast on Apple Podcasts directly from the app. The system auto-fetches the audio and populates metadata (cover art, podcast name) for use in Pod Shorts.

Can I search and edit transcripts?

Yes. Transcripts are fully searchable and editable within GenX Pro. The word-token editor lets you click any word and edit it in place — timestamps are preserved.

Find & Replace fixes recurring errors across the entire transcript. Export options include plain text, timestamped text, .txt download, and .srt subtitle files.

How does transcription connect to the rest of the pipeline?

Transcriptions are the entry point for the Beast Mode pipeline.

A transcript feeds into Pod Shorts (viral segment extraction), InteliScripts (script generation), Translations (multilingual versions), and Voiceovers (narration). One transcription can power dozens of downstream content pieces across the entire pipeline.

Translations

What languages does GenX Pro translate into?

Translations support 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.

These same 7 languages are used across Daily Shorts, voiceovers, and the entire Beast Mode pipeline for consistent multilingual content production.

How is GenX Pro translation different from Google Translate?

GenX Pro uses AI-powered cultural adaptation, not word-for-word machine translation. The engine understands context, tone, idioms, and audience expectations for each target language.

Scripts translated for video content need to sound natural when spoken aloud — Google Translate produces text that reads like a translation. GenX Pro produces text that sounds like it was written natively. Brand names stay intact, filler words are cleaned automatically, and output reads naturally in the target language.

Is there a document size limit for translations?

No. GenX Pro translations handle unlimited document sizes. Long transcripts, multi-page scripts, and entire podcast transcriptions translate without truncation.

The engine uses smart chunking — long documents are split intelligently and reassembled seamlessly so nothing gets cut off.

Can I translate directly from a transcript?

Yes. Any transcript produced by the GenX Pro transcription engine can be sent directly to the translation engine from the Cloud Library.

The translated output saves back to the Cloud Library and is compatible with all downstream features — voiceovers, Daily Shorts, and InteliScripts.

Voiceovers

How many voices are available in GenX Pro?

Voiceovers in GenX Pro offer 1,000+ pre-made voices across multiple languages, accents, genders, and styles.

You can filter by gender, age, language, accent, and purpose (Social Media, Narration, Characters). Preview any voice before generating. Star your favorites for instant access.

Does GenX Pro support voice cloning?

Yes. GenX Pro voice cloning works in all 7 supported languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.

Upload a clean 10–30 second voice sample, or let GenX Pro extract one automatically from a podcast episode. The AI creates a clone that can narrate content in any supported language — even languages the original speaker doesn't speak.

Can I use voiceovers with Pod Shorts and Daily Shorts?

Voiceovers integrate directly with the production pipeline.

For Daily Shorts, translated scripts can be narrated in the target language before video assembly. For Pod Shorts, the original podcast audio is preserved by default, but you can generate voiceover narration for translated versions of the same segments.

MCP Server

What is the GenX Pro MCP Server?

The MCP Server (Model Context Protocol) gives AI agents like Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and other MCP-compatible tools direct access to GenX Pro's production capabilities.

It exposes 59 tools across 10 categories covering the entire pipeline — transcriptions, scripts, translations, voiceovers, video generation, Pod Shorts, Daily Shorts, and Cloud Library management. The server runs locally on your machine alongside the GenX Pro app.

See the MCP documentation for setup instructions, configuration, and the complete tool reference.

Which AI agents work with the MCP Server?

Any AI agent or IDE that supports the Model Context Protocol: Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, OpenClaw, Gemini CLI, Ollama, and any other MCP-compatible tool.

The MCP Server runs on localhost:3999 with zero-setup authentication — it reuses your existing GenX Pro login.

What can an AI agent do through the MCP Server?

An AI agent gets the same capabilities as the visual interface — transcribe podcasts, generate scripts with InteliScripts, translate content, create voiceovers, produce Pod Shorts and Daily Shorts, manage the Cloud Library, and monitor job progress.

For example: "Create a 30-second short about AI trends, cinematic style" takes just 3 tool calls. "Take that script and make shorts in English, Spanish, and French" takes 1 tool call.

GenXR Free

What do I get with the free GenXR tier?

GenXR is the free tier of GenX Pro for Mac and Windows. You get 15 lifetime generations for free — including AI video (3 quality levels), AI photos (portrait, landscape, square), photo animation, an AI creative assistant, and multiple style presets (cinematic, anime, drone, portrait, and more).

Need more? Purchase affordable daily passes for extended access, or earn extra generations through the referral program.

You can also get additional free generations through the Telegram bot — it has its own pool of 15 free generations plus an invite system where you earn +3 generations per friend you refer (up to 25 friends). Link both to the same account and you have access to all your pools. No credit card required to start.

What are the limitations of the free tier compared to Beast Mode?

GenXR includes 15 lifetime generations covering AI video and photo generation. You can extend access with daily passes, the referral program, or the Telegram bot (which adds its own 15 free generations and an invite bonus system).

GenXR does not include any Beast Mode features or Cloud Library access. Beast Mode — including Pod Shorts, Daily Shorts, InteliScripts, transcriptions, translations, voiceovers, Cloud Library, and team seats — is a separate product that requires a GenX Pro license and Beast Mode credits.

How do I download GenXR?

Visit genx.pro/genxr and download the installer for Mac or Windows. The app installs in under a minute.

No account creation is required to start generating — you get 15 free generations immediately.

Pricing & Credits

How does GenX Pro pricing work?

GenX Pro has three tiers.

The free GenXR tier gives you 15 lifetime generations, with daily passes and a referral program to earn more. The Telegram bot adds another 15 free generations with its own invite bonus system (+3 per friend, up to 25 friends) — link your account and all pools combine.

Beast Mode uses a credit wallet — you purchase credits and spend them on premium operations (Pod Shorts, Daily Shorts, InteliScripts, transcriptions, translations, voiceovers). Credits never expire. There are no monthly subscriptions.

What does the daily allowance cover?

GenX Pro license holders get 75 daily generations that reset every 24 hours, covering core AI operations: text-to-video, text-to-photo, photo animation, and photo editing.

GenXR free users get 15 lifetime generations plus the option to purchase daily passes, earn more through referrals, or use the Telegram bot for additional free generations.

Beast Mode operations (Pod Shorts, Daily Shorts, InteliScripts, transcriptions, translations, voiceovers) use credits from the credit wallet, not the daily allowance.

Do Beast Mode credits expire?

No. Beast Mode credits never expire. Purchase them when you need them and use them at your own pace.

Your entire team shares one credit wallet — no per-seat billing for usage.

Technical

What are the system requirements for GenX Pro?

GenX Pro runs on macOS 12+ (Monterey and later, including Apple Silicon) and Windows 10/11 (64-bit). The desktop app requires a stable internet connection for AI operations.

Video assembly happens locally on your machine, so a modern processor (Apple M1+ or equivalent Intel/AMD) is recommended for faster rendering.

How does local video assembly work?

When AI generates b-roll clips for your Pod Short or Daily Short, the video assembly runs on your machine — not in the cloud.

The app downloads the generated clips, overlays captions and branding, and renders the final video locally on your computer. This means no cloud rendering queues, no waiting for server capacity, and no extra fees. Finished videos can auto-upload to the Cloud Library.

What is the Cloud Library?

The Cloud Library is Beast Mode's shared asset management system. All generated content — videos, transcripts, scripts, voiceovers, translations — is stored permanently in the Cloud Library.

Team members with seats on the same workspace can browse, search, and download any asset. Unlike CDN-hosted generated content (which has 30-day retention), Cloud Library assets are permanent.

Do I need any third-party API keys?

No. GenX Pro runs all AI operations on its own infrastructure.

Transcription, video generation, photo generation, script writing, translation, and voiceover are all powered by GenX Pro's backend services. You never need to sign up for Fal.ai, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, or any other provider.
