Acceptable Use Policy

1.Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses GenX Pro, including the App, Beast Agent, Console, Teams and the GenX Router API, and to everything you submit, generate, store or share through them. It is part of our Terms of Service. AI providers apply their own usage policies too; you must follow those as well when you use their models through GenX Pro.

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for the content you create, even when a model or safety filter does not stop it.

2.Child safety

Never use the Services to create, request, store or share:

• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor, including AI-generated, drawn or "aged-up" depictions.
• Content that grooms, exploits or endangers children, or that facilitates sextortion or trafficking.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law and permanently close accounts responsible for the abuse.

3.Intimate imagery, likeness and impersonation

• Do not create or share sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without that person's consent, including "nudified" or face-swapped images.
• Do not use a real person's face, body or voice, including voice clones and avatars, without their permission, or in a way that could deceive people about what they said or did.
• Do not create deepfakes intended to mislead, harass, defame or defraud, or that impersonate public officials, candidates, businesses or other people.
• Do not remove or obscure labels, watermarks or provenance information that show content is AI-generated where the law or a provider requires them.

4.Violence, hate and harassment

• Do not threaten, harass, bully or incite violence against anyone.
• Do not create content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or that glorifies mass violence.
• Do not create content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
• Do not promote or provide instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.

5.Deception, fraud and elections

• No scams, phishing, fraud, fake reviews or counterfeit documents.
• No deliberately false or misleading content intended to manipulate elections or civic processes, or to cause public harm, including health misinformation.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk messages or fake engagement.

6.Illegal and dangerous activity

• Nothing illegal where you are or where the content is used.
• No help with weapons capable of mass casualties (chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear), and no instructions for making explosives or illegal weapons.
• No facilitation of illegal drugs, human trafficking or other serious crime.

7.Privacy and intellectual property

• Do not collect, process or reveal personal, financial, health or biometric information about others without a lawful basis, and do not use the Services for unlawful surveillance or to identify people from images or voices.
• Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

8.Security and integrity of the Services

• Do not create or spread malware, or use the Services to attack, probe or gain unauthorized access to any system, including through Beast Agent's local tools or connected services.
• Do not bypass, disable or test the limits of our or our providers' safety filters, usage limits, billing or access controls, including through prompt injection or jailbreaks aimed at producing prohibited content.
• Do not reverse engineer models, extract model weights or training data, or use outputs to build competing models where a provider prohibits it.
• Do not overload the Services, scrape them, create accounts in bulk, or share, sell or resell account access or API keys.

9.Teams and developers

Team owners must make sure their members follow this policy. Developers using the GenX Router API must require their end users to follow rules at least as protective as this policy, apply age and safety controls their product requires, and act promptly on abuse, as described in the GenX Router API Terms.

10.Enforcement

We rely on the safety systems of the AI providers we use, our own account, usage and access controls, and reports from users and the public, and we review suspected violations. If you break this policy, we may block requests, remove content, limit features, suspend or close your account and API keys, and report activity to law enforcement or other authorities. Serious violations, such as those involving children, can lead to immediate and permanent account closure without refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
