Trust & Safety
Report abuse to support@genx.pro with the subject "Abuse report". We review every report, act on violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, and report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC.
1.Our approach
GenX Pro is built for creative and professional work. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not allowed. We combine the safety systems of the AI providers we use with our own account, usage and access controls, and we act on reports from users and the public.
2.Report harmful content or abuse
Email support@genx.pro with the subject "Abuse report". To help us act quickly, include:
- What you are reporting and why it breaks our policies.
- Where you saw it: links, file names, screenshots, or an account or request identifier, if known. Do not send passwords, access tokens or full API keys.
- Your contact details, if you want us to follow up.
Do not send us images or videos that may contain child sexual abuse material. Describe where the material is and report it directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
To report copyright infringement, follow the copyright complaint process in our Terms of Service.
3.How we handle reports
We review every report and prioritize those involving children, imminent harm or non-consensual intimate imagery. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, block requests, limit features, suspend or close accounts and API keys, and preserve information for authorities. We may tell the reporter the outcome where appropriate.
If action was taken on your account and you believe it was a mistake, reply to our notice or contact support@genx.pro; we will review it again.
4.Child safety
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and the sexualization of minors. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law, preserve the related information as the law requires, and permanently close accounts responsible for the abuse.
5.Non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes
We remove sexual or intimate imagery of real people created or shared without consent, and impersonations meant to deceive. We may suspend or close accounts responsible for the abuse. If you are affected, report it to us. These services can also help prevent images from spreading:
- Take It Down (NCMEC), for images taken when you were under 18.
- StopNCII.org, for adults.
6.Law enforcement requests
We respond to valid legal process from authorities. Send requests to support@genx.pro, identifying the issuing authority, the legal basis and the specific account or data requested. In emergencies involving danger of death or serious physical injury, mark the request "Emergency" and explain the emergency; we may disclose information voluntarily where the law allows.
